Freshwater 2096 sits between Manly and Curl Curl, in Northern Beaches Council. The housing is a mix of Federation and post-war cottages on the hillsides, small walk-up apartment blocks around the Lawrence Street village, and beachfront homes with ocean views. The suburb is compact and hilly.
The streets running down to Freshwater Beach — Moore Road, Undercliff Road, Lumsdaine Drive — are steep. For homes on the steeper drives we park the truck on the flatter street and shuttle the load with dollies. Send a driveway photo on the quote call.
Freshwater village on Lawrence Street is small and gets busy on weekends. Pittwater Road and the Manly-side arterials are the routes off the peninsula. Weekday mornings are the cleanest window across the suburb.
