Turramurra 2074 sits on the T1 North Shore Line between Warrawee and Pymble, in Ku-ring-gai Council. Most of the housing stock is freestanding brick or weatherboard family homes on generous blocks — the kind of streets (Cherry, Bobbin Head, Rohini, Yanko) that were subdivided in the 1920s–50s and never densified. That shape is good news for a removalist: kerbside parking is easy, driveways are drivable, and the interior stair counts are usually one flight or none.
