The Central Park towers have service lifts, loading docks and body-corporate move rules — give us the building name. The terraces are narrow two-storey workers' cottages on tight streets, often without rear-lane access; the move flows through the front door.
Chippendale sees student turnover (USyd, UTS) at semester start and end. The streets are tight and one-way, permit-zoned near Broadway. We stage from the nearest legal spot or the tower dock. Weekday mid-morning is cleanest.
