Very few of the older blocks have lifts, so whether your flat is ground floor or three floors up is the single biggest factor in the hours on the clock.
Parking is the other price-mover. North Sydney Council runs resident-only permit zones on most of the residential side streets, and Military Road itself is a clearway during peak hours with strict bus-lane enforcement. We do not load or unload from Military Road directly — we pull into a side street like Rangers Road, Yeo Street or Waters Road and carry in from there. If your block is in a tight permit zone without a legal 10-metre stopping window, let us know and we can organise a moving-vehicle permit through North Sydney Council.
