Can you really come today?
Often yes. Call before 10am for the best chance of a same-day slot. We usually have at least one crew either finishing a morning job or starting late enough that we can slot a small move into the day.
Do you charge more for same-day?
No surcharge. Same-day moves are billed at the standard hourly — from $150/hr + GST for two movers — with the usual 3-hour minimum.
What size moves can you do same-day?
Studio and 1-bedroom moves are almost always doable. 2-bedroom is usually fine if you call early. 3+ bedroom same-day needs to line up with a free crew and a free truck, so advance booking is safer.
What if I need a crew after hours?
Office hours are mon–fri 8am–5pm and sat 9am–4pm — closed Sundays. Crews can run outside office hours for after-hours or Sunday moves, but those are quoted separately. Call and we’ll tell you honestly if a crew is free.
How do I confirm a same-day booking?
Call directly — the web form is quick but same-day is easier over the phone because we can check crew availability live. Once confirmed we’ll SMS you the crew ETA and truck rego.
